Welcome to Telesoporte.net. By using our website or engaging our customer support and call-center services, you agree to these terms. Our full membership agreement may be provided separately and may apply to subscribed plans.

Services

We provide bilingual (English–Spanish) customer support, call-center services, and related communication services for businesses. Scope, hours, and deliverables are defined in your plan or service agreement.

Eligibility and use

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in your plan (e.g., monthly subscription). Payment terms will be specified in your agreement. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refund policy

Refunds. We want you to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our services:

  • After 7 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund or credit for unused prepaid time where appropriate. No refund is guaranteed for periods already used.
  • Refund requests should include your name, contact information, and reason. We will respond within a reasonable time and process approved refunds via the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or service as set out in your membership or service agreement. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as stated in the Refund policy above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
